The Eternity House sits on a one-hectare plot of olive trees, half of which were transplanted to allow the new volume. The slab cantilevers four metres on the south side, sheltering an outdoor table where the family takes most of its meals between April and October.

The structural concrete is left visible inside; the floors are continuous lime-and-marble screed, polished by hand. The fireplace is the only object that interrupts the open plan — a quiet, dark mass that anchors the rest of the room.

Outside, a 22-metre water mirror runs the length of the south façade, doubling the building and the sky. The clients asked for "a house that gets quieter every year". We hope it does.
